How to Register
Three ways to register:
By fax: Complete the registration form and fax to (651) 433-2430.
In person: Enclose your completed registration form and payment in a sealed envelope and give it to the Warner Nature Center Office Coordinator.
Please register only one person per form. These registrations will be entered within 5 business days upon receipt and you will receive an email confirmation.
- If you have questions about our summer camps, please call (651) 433-2427, ext. 10, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Registrations that are not accompanied by payment will not be processed.
- Registration will close the Wednesday prior to each camp beginning. Warner staff reserve the right to cancel a camp at any time if enrollment is low and a different camp can be scheduled in it's place. Customers will be contacted by phone and we will suggest alternative camps.
How to Pay
By credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please include expiration date.
By check: Payable to Warner Nature Center.
Medical Waiver Form
When registering for a class, you must also complete, sign and mail the medical waiver with the registration form or your registration will not be accepted. Students will not be allowed to attend class unless we have their medical waiver form.
Costs are listed with each class description. Discounts are given to Friends of Warner Nature Center and Science Museum of Minnesota members and employees. Please make out a separate check for each class requested and for Friends memberships in order to facilitate any changes in class selection that may need to be made. Credit card charges will show up as a charge from the Science Museum of Minnesota.
Warner can provide transportation to and from the Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul for all-day (9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) classes. Transportation costs $12 daily per child. The van leaves the Science Museum at 8:45 a.m. and returns at 4:15 p.m. Van space is limited and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis so register early. Van shuttle service is contingent on a minimum number of riders registering each week. Transportation for off-site portions of WNC's summer classes will be provided by WNC, and those transportation costs are included in the class fees.
If you are interested in carpooling with another family, please send an email to [email protected] with your first and last name, phone number and your community. Warner staff will send out an initial email to all families interested in carpooling with this information the first of every month between March, April, May and June. Parents will be responsible for communicating with other parents to establish carpooling.
No refunds will be made unless cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of class*. Warner Nature Center reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting minimum registration requirements. If this is necessary, you will be contacted at least two weeks prior to the beginning of that class, and your fees will be refunded in full. Credit card refunds will show up as a credit from the Science Museum of Minnesota. Cash or check refunds will come as a check from the Science Museum of Minnesota.
*All cancellations will have a $30 fee for processing cancellation and refunds, regardless if you cancel two weeks prior to the beginning of class.
